Working with the Technical and wider support teams, some of the key accountabilities include;
- Train the Hygiene Operators in safe and effective cleaning according to the Work instructions
- Provide technical guidance and hands on support during plant shutdown cleans
- Provide support to the Hygiene Manager managing, developing and leading their team
- Provide pest control support in the absence of the Pest Controller as required
- Provide stand in cover for the Hygiene Manager

**Ideal Experiences / Qualifications / Capabilities**:
Essential:

- Extensive knowledge of hygiene and cleaning within a food manufacturing environment
- Relevant industry experience including experience of legal requirements (manual handling, safe systems, HACCP etc).

Desirable:

- Advanced food hygiene
- Intermediate HACCP qualification
- Baking knowledge and experience
