Incredible opportunity for an M&E Design Consultant to join a company in an exciting role that offers work variety and responsibility alongside the chance to make a real-world difference in reducing carbon emissions.

On offer is the chance to work for a growing energy and sustainability consultancy working on range of residential and commercial construction projects.

This ambitious company specialises in providing professional advice and services to contractors in the construction industry in order to reduce the amount of energy and improve the sustainability of their projects.

In this role you will be responsible for managing clients, providing technical advice, assessing and designing various Electrical and mechanical systems for various types of buildings.

**The role**:

- Conducting domestic and non-domestic building surveys
- Communicating with external specialist energy assessors
- Liaising with specialist M&E designers and providing design input
- Managing working relationships with stakeholders, such as: architects and individual clients
- Providing reports and communicating findings with both architects and clients

**The Person**:

- Degree within an Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) or Sustainability background
- Experience managing client relationships and managing projects
- Knowledge of heat transfer and power generation
- Able to review CAD drawings and 3D models (Autodesk/Revit)
- Experience with carbon emissions and energy use in domestic and commercial buildings
- Full Clean driving licence
