**Key Accountabilities**:
Delivering prompt exceptional customer service to our members and their guests
Maximising food and beverage sales
Processing member bills, ensuring accuracy at all times
Adhere to legislation and company standards and procedures
Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Personal Attributes:
Previous experience in a customer focused food and beverage role
A confident, professional and welcoming personality
Effective communicator with an ability to build strong relationships and work effectively in a team environment
Excellent grooming standards
An ability to work under pressure
