**Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver user-centric interfaces that enhance the customer experience of using our software products.
- Collaborate with the development team, product marketing, and stakeholders to understand requirements / briefs and translate them into effective UX designs.
- Conduct user research and / or examine research conducted by others to gather insights and intelligence that inform the visual development of our software.
- Create wireframes, mapping, prototypes, and designs to incorporate new features and enhancements, including interaction prototyping.
- Continuously evaluate and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
- Maintain a deep understanding of UX best practices and latest trends.

Knowledge and Skills:

- Understanding multi-brand UI systems/kits
- A strong understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and user-centred design methodologies.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, Miro, Adobe Suite).
- Strong communicator, able to articulate design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with both front-end and back-end development teams.
