We are now seeking a Systems Administrator to join the team. This role will be responsible for the implementation and administration linked to our internal systems. Working with the It Systems and Development Coordinator at group level.
- Full-time, permanent position based in LivGreen’s head office in Bristol. _

**Day to day responsibilities**
- Administer and maintain the internal system, including user roles and permissions, customisation, configuration, and workflows.
- Ad-Hoc requests from internal stakeholders, such as generating reports, custom fields and other minor adjustments to NetSuite system.
- First line system support, Assisting with problem resolutions - Diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving software, hardware and networking issues.
- Review system and equipment performance.
- General system maintenance as required.
- Assist with system training and updates.
- Document system configurations, processes, and procedures to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base and facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Enforcing security best practices to prevent cyber-attacks and security breaches.
- Assist with month-end reporting.

**Role requirements**
- Demonstrable experience as a Systems Administrator or in a similar role.
- Previous experience of NetSuite.
- Motivated, Driven, and positive can-do attitude.
- Able to work independently but also as part of a team.
- Problem solving ability.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and business requirements.
