Sales Administrator/assistant

We are currently recruiting for a new role Vehicle sales Administrator/Assistant, within our sales department of our used car dealership, **based in Berkeley GL13 9ET (Must have own transport due to the location).**
**Hours would be 9am-6pm over 5 days per week (Monday to Saturday)**
**Daily tasks for this role**
- In this busy and varied role no two days are the same and you would be required to work closely with the sales team, to ensure.
- Maintaining the sale diary for appointments, test drives and collection.
- Processing vehicle orders.
- Dealing with customers handovers to ensure each customer has the correct paperwork and has receive a walk through of their new vehicle.
- After-sale contact and receiving customer feedback.
**About you**
- Previous experience in vehicle sales would be an advantageous, but training can be given in all areas.
- Great customer service and being organised is a must.
- You will need to have the ability to engage with other members of staff to ensure a smooth and efficient service for our customers.
- Must be able to work at least 2 Saturdays per month
