**Firecheck Contracts **are looking for an organised and enthusiastic team player to join them as a Project and Sales Administrator. Working from their office in Slough, the successful person will be working within a friendly team of seven and will assist with the general day to day admin.

Responsible for the Project team administration, your duties will be varied and will include but not be limited to the following:
- Liaise daily with the department members and support all aspects of administration for the team.
- Provide excellent communication and correspondence on behalf of the company to its clients.
- Adopt a flexible approach to your role to ensure that tasks are completed in a timely fashion.
- Identify and prioritise scenarios requiring urgent attention.
- Process client orders received from the sales team.
- Manage the engineers diary in conjunction with the Contracts Manager to maximise productivity and efficiency.
- Prepare engineers site files and paperwork.
- Act as an internal first point of contact for all staff queries in regards to our CRM 'SimPro). (previous SimPro experience is desirable but not essential - full training will be given)
- Assist Sales/Projects with arranging surveys for client enquiries.
- Receive, acknowledge, and resolve customer queries.
- Assisting group compliance with the correct on boarding of any supplier or subcontractors to support the growth in Firecheck Contracts.
- Supporting the managing director with ISO audit and third-party accreditation/approval compliance, carry out periodic internal department reviews, ensuring good working practices, process/ procedures are robust and being followed by FCL team members.
- Be responsible for the delivery of works within KPI deadline, ensuing where possible all projects costs are controlled in line with quotation and expected GM%.
- Manage the servicing, insurance, parking fines etc of all FCL company vehicles.

**Skills Requirements**:

- Good written, oral and numerical skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent organisational skills and proactive approach to work
- Ability to work as a team member, but also individually as required
- Ability and desire to learn the legal and regulatory compliance for the Fire Industry
- Desire for career development / progression

**Competencies**:

- Good commercial awareness
- Good understanding of PC software (Excel/Word/Outlook)

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
