**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assist with oversight of administrative support programs such as task management and inventory of the Automated Data Processing Equipment (ADPE) accounts. Develops and implements procedures to track program status and maintain program health.
- Administer programs and serve as the primary source of information to include the preparation, maintenance, and deposition of required administrative reports and other correspondence. Identifies and responds to trends of programs and keeps them operating at or above satisfactory levels.
- Assist the commander/director, in accomplishing all necessary internal operations to include administrative training, security, development of organizational operating instructions and regulations, and personnel assistance. Communicates requirements and provides guidance to squadron members. Coordinates with appropriate offices and resolves conflicts effecting organizational positions.
- Act as the point of contact for all newly assigned personnel; orients them regarding the basic functions of the organization, introduces them to key personnel and schedules their initial training/orientation requirements.
- Proposes alternate approaches to management to more efficiently operate programs.
- Assist in planning for and coordinating the implementation and compliance with higher echelon policy and procedural requirements in the area of administration. Assists the commander/director in the performance of administrative functions associated with the supervision of military and civilian employees (i.e. coordinating personnel assignments, promotions, and performance evaluation products, etc.).
- Disseminate information concerning new or changed procedures/regulations. Based on administrative support program requirements, determines administrative policies and procedures.
- Trains, orients, and oversees the duties and work products of squadron POCs. Determines work suspense and/or prioritizes work. Assigns work suspenses to all staff personnel to support the commander/director.
- Collects, organizes, and compiles data in order to recommend actions to the commander/director.
- Conducts reviews and briefings on all facets of management functions with recommended courses of action for resolving problems.
- Conducts studies, inquiries, and surveys to determine compliance with program requirements.
- Attends required training, meetings and functions as related to the prescribed unit programs.
- Advises the commander/director on policy and executes directives through the establishment of procedures for associated program.
- Responsible to ensure assigned members are aware of individual requirements established by law and/or policy.
- Monitors personnel action requests, tracks personnel, manpower, and training transactions as documentation flows through the squadron and provides status reports to management.
- Develops, establishes, updates, and maintains office procedures and records/files of various types to ensure effective and efficient operation of the office.
- Assists project officer in making arrangements for command sponsored events ensuring proper protocol is followed.
- Requisitions office supplies, printing support, and related materials and services. May be responsible for the receipt, control, logging, and safekeeping of classified material received.

**Required Education/Experience**:

- High school diploma
- High degree of experience with MS Office Suite
- Experience in administrative role supporting military leadership preferred.

- US citizen
- Secret clearance
