**Overview**

We are looking for an Inventory Controller to join our team in Hams Hall. Reporting to the Stock & Systems Manager the Inventory Controller will be part of the Operations Support Team, responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all stocks and related systems on site thereby assisting the operation.

Shifts are Monday to Friday and 08:00 to 15:30 (this may later slightly)

**How will you contribute?**
- Managing Pick Face e.g. moving products in/out of pick face, discontinued stock/new products.
- Blocking/Unblocking of Nestle products, before adding to the Nestle block stock report.
- Daily liaison with customer and hauliers regarding stock issues both verbal and written communications
- Manual stock checking and PI counting
- Report writing and relevant analysis with suggestions for corrective actions / improvements.
- Stock reconciliation between EWM, SAP and Manhattan 2020 systems.
- Automated and manual site pallet control
- Investigation of all stock related issues and analysing root cause before providing feedback to Stock & Systems Manager and Customer as appropriate.
- Secondary stock recovery
- Sample processing
- Suggesting ideas for improvement to existing processes to improve efficiency and output
- Advocate excellent quality standards at the site by coaching and mentoring best proactive approaches to all colleagues and continually encourage improvement.
- Maintain own and others Health and Safety in the Workplace at all times, ensuring reasonable care and attention is taken so as not to jeopardise own and others welfare
- Develop 5S principles in working area and ensure these are maintained.
- Review working processes to reduce waste, increase productivity and standardisation.
- Execute a positive customer experience at all times.
- Maintain site hygiene and housekeeping to a high standard.
