About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Specialist to join our team at Mainstay Recruitment Solutions Ltd. The estimated salary for this role is £32,000 - £37,000 per annum.

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining effective inventory control procedures, ensuring accurate records and compliance with regulations. Key responsibilities include:
  • Conducting regular stock counts and reconciliations.
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborating with the management team to achieve business objectives.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in a logistics or supply chain environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software (SAP) would be beneficial.
