**Work hours: 3.5 Days per week, 2 weeks rolling Rota.**
**Week 1 - is 2 off 2 on and 3 on (7 days)**
**Week 2 - is 2 off 2 on and 3 off.**
**Salary: £17,508 per annum (£52 retainer - £11.05 per hour shift total £96.20 per shift).**
**Mileage - 45p per mile (business mileage)**
**Based: Home (working within Oxfordshire area)**

**The Role**:
- To make immediate response to alarm calls and make prompt attendance, assessing the care and support needs of people at risk and to provide or facilitate appropriate support.
- To undertake ‘last resort’ personal care when on a call-out should it be needed to maintain the client’s dignity.
**The Person**:
- If you have genuine empathy for the welfare of elderly adults, this role will suit you.
- You will be based from home.
- Full UK driving license, and some access to an appropriately insured and taxed vehicle for business use.
- **No specific experience is necessary, only a responsible and caring nature and a flexible approach**
