Customer Service Desk Operative

This is an exciting role with opportunity to develop progress and learn cross-organisational skills as part of a motivated and dynamic team.
** Your Role **:Functions of the CSD Operative include support to the Administration Department, the investigation and progression of customer service tickets received through the Contract Ticketing System. The CSD Operative quality controls the tickets received ensuring the necessary information has been provided and investigates the ticket utilising the warehouse management systems assigning it to other parties if resolution cannot be achieved. Communication with warehouses/customers is key for accurate and speedy resolution or reassignment of tickets. Further duties will include minute taking, collation of data and graphics for use in departmental reporting, collation and uploading of reported incidents, near miss & safety concerns. Investigate of customer discrepancies and document control.
** Your Responsibilities**:
- Reporting directly to the Administration Manager.
- Action CSD tickets forwarded by tier 1, prioritise and investigate accordingly.
- Liaise with the warehouse to ensure the customers queries or resolutions are actioned.
- Ensure that the KOMODO tool is as up to date & as accurate as possible.
- Ensure all weekly and monthly reporting targets are met.
- Support the wider QSHE team with additional Administration duties as required.
- Detail relevant data around budget, target revenue responsibilities. P&L etc.
**Your Skills and Experiences**:
- LCST Warehouse Management System Knowledge (JDA, BODMS etc).
- Good understanding of Warehouse processes.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Team working and customer focused attitude.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work with strict timelines.
DesirableNCR System Knowledge
- Self-motivated to achieve targets.
- Experience in using Microsoft Office
