**IT Support Analyst**

**5 days onsite - East London**

**£28,00 - £30,000**

An amazing opportunity for a growing IT Support Analyst to develop within an established company with an exciting role, where you will be responsible for providing desktop and remote support to users, support the service desk platform, software deploymentand hardware support.

On offer is a chance to further your IT experience working with the latest Microsoft technologies. Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to be onsite 5 days a week.

The company is known for being one of the largest urban regeneration projects in Europe. With their purpose being to transform urban spaces into extraordinary environments. They are now looking to expand their IT Team with an IT Support Analyst.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be able to work with the latest technologies, work with a market leading company and further your Technology career with the company being able to develop your skills.

**The person**:

- **2 year's experience working as a 1st line and 2nd line support Engineer**:

- **Knowledge of Ivanti Endpoint Manager and Microsoft Intune (advantageous)**:

- **Experience with Windows 10, Office 365, Azure, and Cisco routed network technology**:

- **Able to work 5 days onsite**

**The role**:

- **Maintain the service desk platforms including its growth**:

- **Manage general network connectivity issues (Microsoft Server, Azure, Active Directory, CISCO environment).**:

- **Ensure meeting rooms are set up and occasionally provide assistance with audio/visual presentations.**
