To support the finance team by managing Accounts Receivable, ensuring timely receipts of outstanding Sales Invoices and liaising with customers on any issues or queries they may have for a quick resolution. This role will work the business on any issues encountered to help release funds and support the finance team with month end activities such as balance sheet reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collection of all debts outstanding
- Liaise with customers on all issues to help resolve any errors/issues/queries on their invoices and, as such, monitor the communications to the Accounts Receivable department
- Identify and report to Project Managers and Head of Finance of slow payers and any customer issues
- To run Aged Debtors report at month end and update any relevant month end data
- Assist the Head of Finance with weekly cash forecasts
- Hold and update a database of customer contact details and other useful information
- Maintain KPI reports for month end
- To raise Commercial Invoices for recharges to other Ultra sites
- To assist with month end Balance sheet reconciliations

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

- Previous finance administration work required
- Previous experience in Accounts Receivable would be desirable
- Excel Knowledge is essential
- Good Communication skills are necessary
- An excellent attention to detail, accuracy and numeracy are key
