You role will include but not limited to:

- Providing seamless support to multiple business areas and leaders
- Playing a key role in delivering on all priorities and activities that impact their people and their culture, from organisational change and recruitment through to advising managers and supporting all cyclical people processes.
- Supporting across the People & Culture team with people related actions that interface with other areas of the People & Culture org, such as Employee Connection (third party supplier for their systems), Compensation and Talent Acquisition.
- You will support the wider HR team with general HR coordination

To be successful you will have a desire to learn, have excellent communication skills and be adaptable to new ways of working. The role is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to continue their career in HR within a creative environment
