**Description**

Key responsibilities include:

- Implementation of corporate, academic and alumni partnership opportunities to enrich student experience
- Act as figurehead at rankings related events and initiatives with current students and recent leavers
- Market oversight of global MBA experiences with proactive recommendations for the university's MBA
- Work with Alumni Relations and Development team to identify and invite high profile speakers, build relationships, and create potential internships and future employment opportunities
- Shape new engagement and networking initiatives to deliver against ranking related criteria and position the university as world-leading
- Support the Marketing team at global recruitment events
- Represent as a speaker at promotional opportunities

**Profile**
- Experience in Higher Education in an MBA space
- Experience of leading change initiatives and innovation in an educational setting
- Experience of influencing senior stakeholders
- The ability to demonstrate up-to-date MBA market trends in higher education
- Knowledge of MBA customer expectations particularly in terms of ambition and on programme experience
- Knowledge of how to interact professionally at senior levels including C-suite, and executive customers

**Job Offer**
- 30 days holiday, plus Bank Holidays, plus 2 weeks during the Christmas period due to School closures
