**1stline Technical Helpdesk Engineer**

**Cardiff - £20,320**

Looking for a number of Technical Helpdesk Engineers to join a growing team who support UK wide clients and engineers within the retail sector.

You will be providing initial contact to customers, offering remote support and resolution. When required, call escalation or booking site visits to rectify issues as well as providing technical support to field based engineers.

Prior experience in a customer service role, ideally telephone based, and have solid I.T hardware, software repair and maintenance knowledge.

** Must be able to work shifts to support customer requirements **

Rotation over 7 days, on a 37.5 hour per week pattern. 06:00 - 00:00 over 6 shifts

**Salary**: £19,300; rising to £20,320 in April + benefits.
