Our Lingo team are looking for a highly efficient and professional administrator to provide business support to the General Manager and wider leadership team and manage the day-to-day running of the Lingo office. Based from our premises in Central London (Fitzrovia), you will play a critical role in the smooth management of the office, and provide expertise in Abbott policies and processes.

What you’ll do:

- Provide administrative support to the GM Europe including arranging travel, processing expenses, and coordinating schedules
- Coordination and organization of all internal meetings and events, i.e. Weekly Kick-Offs, team social events, international team visits, preparation for new starters
- Coordination and organisation of external meetings including the sourcing and booking of venues for Marketing / PR events - to include attendance where required
- General office management duties including ordering of supplies (stationery, catering) and communication to team of any office related notices
- Liaising with the workplace support team on all things office related (access passes, cleaning, maintenance, meeting room bookings etc.)
- Co-ordination of additional projects at the request of the GM
- Provide support to the team on Abbott internal systems (e.g. corporate card requests, requesting POs)
- Be the expert and support on the adherence to policies regarding utilisation of company funds, travel & expenses, vendor management, contractors / consultants
- Support on paperwork and compliance as required
- Responsible for health, safety and environmental performance of themselves and others through compliance within EHS programs, regulations and standards. Subject to the policy and procedures outlined in the EHS Handbook.

What you’ll need:

- High school qualifications
- Extensive interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Extensive organizational, decision-making and planning skills, with strong capabilities in managing time effectively, prioritising and multi-tasking to support the requirements of the GM and rest of team
- Initiative and independence, comfortable working autonomously
- Natural problem solver who can see the bigger picture and propose creative solutions
- Proficient in Outlook, and Microsoft office suite
