We are recruiting for the new position of** Senior Art Director**, based from the **London** office, to play** **an essential role in the strategic development of ideas, campaigns and activations that bring our products to life and elevate our brand. A highly collaborative role, within a global creative team, you will be responsible for concepting, presenting and executing a high volume of world-class creative across media — web, advertising, print, events and more.

**What you’ll do**:

- Inspire and embrace challenges and new ways of thinking.
- Collaborate with the various teams within Lingo to complete projects on-time, within budget, meeting technical requirements and business goals.
- Create print, digital and video creative that reflects the brand guidelines while considering stakeholder feedback and requirements.
- Actively participate in internal reviews of creative projects.
- Meticulously refine all deliverables to ensure the highest standards are met across all content.

**What you’ll need**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Combined agency and in-house experience as an art director, design director or relevant role. Familiarity with the healthtech industry is a plus.
- A compelling portfolio of work that demonstrates high calibre art direction, design excellence, and a proven track record in the development of successful, market-moving creative ideas.
- Fearlessly creative and relentlessly attentive to detail
- Highly collaborative with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, comfortable working with autonomy within a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for creative innovation, elevated design, emerging technologies and trends.
- Strong understanding of tech, ability to work with creatives, marketers and engineers alike.
- Demonstrated expertise in design, photography, video, and illustration as well as typography, layout, colour and various print and digital production techniques.
- Advanced expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and program management tools.
- Systematic approach to design. See the big picture and seek to implement sustainable, scalable solutions.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
