**About the role**

We are looking for a Testing Operative to assist with the testing and processing of our ground-breaking Apex GPS hardware.

**What you’ll do**
- You will take responsibility for all items that pass-through QA within the warehouse and work with current staff and the Head of Operations to ensure the effective movement of stock from factory, clients, warehouse, QA and faulty.
- You'll become efficient in the use of NAV ERP software.
- Liaise with Accounts to check against unit anomalies.
- You'll meet and uphold reporting structures in line with good practice, to include weekly reports on testing outcomes and volume of all new and returned products.
- Communicate with QA Supervisor to give/receive feedback on trends and current anomalies within the QA Dept.
- Follow optimal operational policies and procedures.
- Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security.
- Follow communication procedure, guidelines and policies.
- Look after all new and returned products to STATSports including firmware updates, general set up and troubleshooting.
- Find the root cause of issues detailed with all new and returned products.
- Feed into SOP development for all QA based tasks when appropriate.

**About you**

You’ll need to have
- A Levels / Level 5 Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualifications
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Software (including Excel)

It’d be great if you have
- Knowledge of device configuration and set up (mobiles, Wifi etc.)
- Experience of troubleshooting and reporting on root cause issues
- Experience of stock movement and reporting
- A sports background to understand the expectations from our clients and customers
