We'd like you to join us as a **Children’s Support Worker **at our young clients home in **Exmouth.**

**When you'll be working**:

- Evening shifts
- Monday-Fridays, 5pm-9.30pm
- Saturdays-Sundays, 4pm-9.30pm
- Part Time; 2, 3 or 4 shifts a week available We are looking to recruit 2-3 support workers to cover all 7 shifts.**What you'll be doing**:
This role is to support a little boy with complex health needs in his family home, during the evenings. This will involve personal care, medication, moving and handling and managing clinical equipment.

Full training, shadow shifts and ongoing support will be provided.
