The Brand team plays a key role within Medik8 by producing exciting assets that build out our campaigns, drive sales on and offline plus developing and engaging our social media communities. As an expert in producing high quality digital designs, you will use your technical skills to deliver content that lets users interact with our digital services, that will increase the brand footprint globally and generate the highest return.

Reporting to our Senior Creative, you will execute all briefs to fruition, while ensuring the brand is presenting strong and consistent information which reflects the Medik8 image and tone of voice.

**In more detail your role will include**:

- Being a digital-first thinker and expert in online paid advertising and social, who makes effective and dynamic content using motion where possible.
- Taking briefs from the Senior Creative and Digital Development team to build out high-fidelity designs for Medik8’s suite of websites.
- Supporting the Global Customer Experience team in making decisions on new features for our existing digital products and helping to define the UI.
- Defining the digital style guidelines and processes.
- Being accountable for staying up to date with trends and proposing ideas to the Senior Creative to drive the Brand growth.
- Proactively updating all brand assets accordingly to new and/or changes in brand concepts.

**We would love to hear from you if you have...**
- Are a social and digital-first thinker who keeps up with the latest trends and uses this to bring inspiration to your own design work
- Are passionate about beautiful layout and design
- Have Experience of working in Beauty, Jewellery or Fashion industry a plus
- Have previous experience designing in Photoshop, Adobe After Effects and Illustrator; Basic level of Adobe Premiere Pro
- Have a basic level understanding of web and app development and/or have used Sketch / Figma / Adobe XD or any other prototyping tools, would be an advantage
- Have a relevant Design or Creative Studies degree is ideal but not essential
- Have the ability to work with multiple stakeholders, demonstrating strong communication skills and confidence when discussing design decisions
- Are experienced in analysing data to produce data driven designs
