Our housing support services in Ayrshire are recruiting 2x part time (24 hours per week) Support Practitioners to work with our dedicated support team in Saltcoats supporting people with day to day living.

We are currently offering 12 hours shifts (over 2 days) which can potentially offer flexibility around other commitments.

The service we provide is flexible to meet the needs of each individual and we support people 24 hours a day 7 days a week to ensure they receive the care and attention they deserve.

Many of the people we support enjoy a variety of activities during the day which care result in no two days being the same. You could be supporting a person while attending college, meeting with friends, dancing, swimming horse riding, go-karting, being creative with art and music and even taking regular trips to Arran A key part of the role if ensuring people are kept safe and secure in whichever environment they are in. This is a rewarding role for the right person and in return we will support you with training, learning and development.

- You have the ability to think on your feet and adhere to policies and procedures
- You can adapt to various environments and support others with change
- Looking for part time hours supporting someone with every day living skills
- You can work with people 1:2:1 helping support them with their own goals and aspirations
