As this is a development post, you will be supported to develop your clinical skills across universal, targeted and specialist levels of intervention. You will be a highly motivated independent learner and evidence good time management skills. You will be allocated a mentor and regular support, supervision and opportunities to enhance skills will be provided in line with Turas.

This post will be converted to a Band 6 role on successful completion of agreed competencies.
