**About the Role**:
We are UK Fire Door Training, a leading provider of fire safety training in the United Kingdom. As a growing and ethical business, we are currently looking to recruit a Multimedia and E-Learning Design Specialist. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take a leading role in a vibrant and impactful business.

This position will be instrumental in developing our multimedia and e-learning offerings, making fire safety education more accessible, engaging, and impactful. You will have the chance to make your mark on the company and on fire safety across the country.

**Duties Include**:

- Creation and development of interactive multimedia and e-learning content, ensuring it is educational, engaging, and effectively communicates our message.
- Management and development of our social media presence, creating and sharing content that reinforces our brand and communicates our mission to a wider audience.
- Developing and implementing isometric animations as part of our interactive e-learning materials.
- Collaborating with team members to plan, storyboard, and execute multimedia projects.
- Meeting project deadlines and taking the initiative to set and manage your own deadlines and targets.
- Providing input on the strategic direction of our multimedia and e-learning initiatives.

**Key Requirements**:

- Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and After Effects.
- Demonstrable skills in multimedia design and development, with a strong portfolio of past projects.
- Experience in creating e-learning content, with a good understanding of instructional design principles.
- Strong working knowledge of isometric animation.
- Ability to balance multiple projects, set priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and an innovative approach to overcoming challenges.
- Familiarity with social media management and content creation.
- Background or interest in Fire Safety, Health & Safety, or related fields is an advantage.

UK Fire Door Training are seeking a high-quality, hardworking salesperson to help us rapidly grow our business.

The ideal salesperson needs to have in-depth knowledge of and experience with the sales process; they need to excel at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals.

We’re seeking a passionate worker who has strong sales skills — someone with a track record of success. This is the first sales person we intend on employing as we build a team, we are looking for an individual who can help build and potentially lead that team as we grow.

**Objectives of Role**:

- Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationship
- Close sales and facilitate the growth of the business
- Represent our company with a comprehensive understanding of its offerings
- Achieve company objectives by planning effectively, hitting sales goals and KPIs
- Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them

**Skills and qualifications**:

- Proven record of success with the entire sales cycle, from planning to closing
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills

- Outstanding rapport building ability

**Salary**: £30,000.00 per year
