We have an exciting opportunity to join our People team on a fixed term contract as a Learning Designer. Within this role you will create a real buzz and desire for colleagues to become job ready and inspires them the future. You will use your expertise to develop our colleagues through creativity, specialist skills and sound judgement and support the design and development of learning which inspires colleagues to be the best they can be.

.As a Learning Designer you will be responsible for identify and implement innovative digital learning solutions across the business, designing learning content and packages using multimedia platforms that engages with diverse audiences across a variety of channels whilst understanding the impact of learning and development design. Working closely with stakeholders to ensure the learning outcomes are delivered and achieved, constantly challenging yourself and others to find creative ways to deliver learning and development content.

**You will need**:

- Proven experience as an accomplished learning designer
- Experience of maintaining a learning management system
- Designing e-learning that meets the inclusive learning needs of colleagues
- ICT skills, spanning the Adobe suite, SCORM, Storyline and Video
- All-round knowledge of the learning cycle and all things digital
