**Do you have a strong track record as a Senior HR Business Partner and want to join a forward-thinking organisation that is rapidly growing **My client is actively to recruit a **Senior HR Business Partner**, this is a very important hire for the growing and evolving People Team based in South West London. As the new **Senior HR Business Partner** you will be joining during a busy time of exciting change and transition for the business and will play a vital role in improving ways of working and setting up new foundations moving forward. You will have the supportof other HRBPs as well as the wider HR team which you will work alongside when required.
You will be expected in the office 2-3 days per week with flexible hybrid working available. This role is perfect for a **HR Business Partner** that has working within transformation and is used to changing landscapes. There will be lots of opportunities to make a real impact on the direction that the company goes in as they head into one of the most exciting periodsand as they continue to grow.
As the new **Senior HR Business Partner**, you will be reporting into the Group HR Manager and working closely with the Senior Leadership team.You will be providing the delivery of a proactive and customer focused HR service for the businessdivision, through the provision of effective support, guidance and advice to managers and employees and the delivery of tactical and operational people projects and initiatives, enabling all employees to contribute to the success of the business.
- The role is responsible for providing a high quality, customer and continuous improvement focused service to support the provision of a professional human resources function, ensuring compliance with policies, employment legislation and best practice andpromoting effective employee relations.
- You will be developing and implementing the People Plan which provides an overarching people road map and includes Organisational Development, Recruitment and Retention, Personal Development & Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Reward & Recognitionand Benefits, Talent Management and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.

**Job Offer**:

- Significant experience of working in generalist Human Resources roles in a strategic and operational capacity
- Experience of working in a unionised environment is desirable but not essential
- Promoting process improvement and proficiency in IT and an understanding of the value and use of new technologies in improving services
