Role: Paid Marketing Manager - Paid Social

Reporting to: Head of Performance Marketing

**Salary**: £25-32k (depending on experience)

About The Role

As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the Head of Performance Marketing in the day-to-day running of all the companies paid social activity:

- Campaign set up, management and optimisation of multiple ad campaigns across Meta properties (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok & Twitter.
- Maintaining and nurturing client relations through regular meetings and calls.
- Liaise with internal teams in order to achieve specific client goals.
- Work with cross-functional teams made of internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of projects that have a paid social element.
- Supporting the Head of Performance Marketing in the creation of campaign specific media plans according to best practices.
- Creating weekly, monthly and post campaign reports for clients, outlining content performance, audience trends, and offering key takeaways to improve the work we produce.
- Daily Budget monitoring and statistical analysis.
- The generation of tailored reports to help both the client and the wider team in reviewing campaign performance and suggesting future campaign optimisation.
- Dissecting and evaluating client data from a number of sources using native and 3rd party software.
- Creating data sets for new and existing clients to further our knowledge of their brand, industry, and culture they fit into.
- Informing the wider internal team on data and audience trends which are relevant to the business as a whole and there specific clients/industry areas.
- Maintaining high quality strategic input for clients in relation to their objectives.
- Identifying opportunities to further the product to go above-and-beyond our usual service, using this tactic to retain current clients as well as upsell products to them.
- Providing Client & Content Managers information on platform updates and best practice in paid media.
- Being aware of client issues and raising these with management and senior management when appropriate.
- Developing knowledge and understanding of Internet culture and behaviours to continually innovate the business proposition.
- To undertake such other tasks including general administrative duties as may be required from time to time.

Required experience to apply:
They are looking for someone that is personable, has a strong character but practices humility, demonstrates an understanding of client needs, but is able to be diplomatic when required. They're looking for someone who wants to grow with the company andhas ambition.
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a paid social marketing (proficiency with Meta’s business manager essential)
- Able to interpret data and relay information in a clear and concise way.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in the use of Keynote and PowerPoint
- Exhibits a high level of knowledge of social media content/trends, and how the two relate to each other.
- An analytical mindset and inclination for problem-solving.
- The ability to quickly analyse and understand large data sets to form comprehensive reports for a multitude of social media platforms that are both visual and detailed.
- Understanding of the wider Digital Marketing landscape (PPC, SEO and Paid Social)
- The ability to integrate multiple data sources into automated reports.
- Have a high attention to detail in all work you produce.
- Exhibit a strong understanding of the English language.
- Contribute to meetings and phone calls involving clients and key stakeholders.
- Work independently and within a team.
- Have extremely good time-management skills.
