An exciting opportunity has arisen in our IT Department for an experienced 1st/2nd Line Helpdesk Analyst. You’ll be part of an IT Team of 9, ensuring efficient support to staff across the business.
As a Helpdesk Analyst, day to day work will include:

- Providing telephone support to staff and a small number of clients and overseas offices
- Ensuring the incoming helpdesk queries are handled promptly and to a very high standard
- Assigning tickets, where appropriate, to colleagues and monitoring progress

We are looking for someone who:

- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a desire to exceed expectations
- The ability to learn new IT systems quickly
- A self-starter who can take responsibility
- Excellent technical knowledge of "client side" Microsoft Windows and Office
- Experience in 1st/ 2nd line technical phone support.
- Experience working in IT Helpdesk setting managing and resolving IT queries via ticketing system.
- Understanding of on premise and Azure cloud server / client principles
- Understanding of networking and thin client principles
- Good operational knowledge of Microsoft Cloud technologies including Azure AD
- Be confident, analytical and with the ability to communicate technical matters
- Be interested in a long term career with our firm
