Sanderson are recruiting for an experienced Marketing Communications executive to design and create engaging content and campaigns. This includes social media, blogs, thought leadership pieces and wider campaigns.

**Job Summary.**

With a focus on creative campaign creation and writing, this is a brand new role in the recently formed Group Marketing function. As the Marketing Communications Executive, you will support the Group Head of Marketing in executing our global content strategy, developing campaigns, and writing voice to client content to drive sales leads for the business.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Creating and executing marketing campaigns and content aligned to the overall marketing strategy and content plan.
- Writing professional and considered thought leadership articles, guides, and a variety of content with buyer personas and their challenges in mind.
- Developing Case Studies; work with Business Leads to create case studies, interviewing clients where necessary to collect details, transcribe and draft for review.
- Collateral: work with sales and the insights team to create sales and data driven collateral.
- Events; assist with pre-promotion of events and exhibitions, round tables, and webinars.
- When required, support the business with other collateral such as developing presentations for clients.
- Creating awareness of and developing the Sanderson brand.
- Working closely with external creative agencies to design marketing materials.
- With the external agency, helping to maintain the Sanderson website, ensuring a clear customer journey and the content is relevant and updated.
- Developing relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external

**Who you are**
- Previous experience in a B2B marketing communications role (recruitment industry or professional services preferred although not essential).
- Excellent written and verbal skills, with practical experience of writing professional B2B marketing content.
- Excellent commercial acumen and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to deliver projects and results within set timescales.
- Active / relevant experience of social media.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work cooperatively and effectively as part of a team.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office, including PowerPoint skills.
