Sytrus Ltd is a young dynamic management reporting and accountancy practice. We are looking to add an exceptional individual to the team in the role of Administration Assistant and HR Assistant. This is a crucial and varied role in the business.
**The successful applicant will have the following attributes**:

- Confident using various computer programmes and able to pick up new systems quickly
- Keen and positive attitude, willingness to help out wherever it’s needed

- Flexible - as the company is new and growing rapidly, the role will be varied. This keeps things interesting and hopefully more enjoyable.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Positive about collaborating with others, following procedures and keeping notes, excellent communication skills.
**The successful applicant’s qualifications and experience will include**:
- Previous HR experience, this may include recruitment and interviewing, collecting references, scheduling meetings.
- Previous administration experience - at least 5 years of working in an environment which demonstrates independent working, use of initiative, organisation and balancing deadlines. This would include a wide variety of industries/roles
**The position**:
- Assistance with recruitment - learn the technical requirements of the job, filter through CVs, conduct initial stage interviews.
- Follow onboarding process - collect references, purchase required IT equipment, set up new starters on various softwares and platforms Arrange one to one meetings with HR manager and line managers.
- Ensure HR documentation is organised and up to date
- Organise team lunches once every 4-6 weeks
- Keep track of team and client birthdays and organise cards/gifts
- Take ownership of the onboarding process for new clients, arrange agent access for certain services, add client details to our software, ensure tasks as added accurately
- Run reports for the practice manager
- Other ad hoc duties
**Salary**: £25,000 - £40,000 FTE
The salary is dependent on qualifications and experience and the number of hours required. Part time is available
- we would need a minimum of 20 hours per week over a minimum of 4 days per week (eg 5 hours per day 4 days a week, minimum)
