**Job description**

We are currently looking to employ a pharmacy assistant (customer assistant). Qualified dispensers will also be considered for this position.

Working hours: 8-15 hrs a week, must include some hours on Monday (AM, 09:00-13:00 or PM, 14:00-17:30 or whole day). The rest of the hours can be worked on different day(s) including half day on Saturday 09:00-13:00.

We will also consider someone who only wants to work on Saturdays only (4 hours).

- and above all willingness to train and provide excellent service when serving and communicating with customers.

Main duties:

- serving customers on till
- providing advice on common symptoms and products (with time)
- providing great service
- helping out with pharmacy operations in-store and dispensary, for example putting stock away, pricing, answering the phone, organising products
- making sure the shop, dispensary and consultation area are organised and tidy
- working according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 12 per week

**Salary**: £9.50-£10.00 per hour
