This would suit a competent Administrator who enjoys working within a role where no two days are the same Someone who can use their own initiative and likes getting the job done

Mears are an Award-winning nationwide company, that provide and manage 17,000 homes for local and central Government and are also responsible for keeping 750,000 social housing homes in the UK in good repair.

This is a varied position with a huge amount to offer. You will be supporting the team with various administrative duties such as, allocating workload within the team, updating notes on the IT systems, creating and collating project folders whilst delivering an exceptional level of customer service.

About the Division - Mears Key Worker houses key Government staff by sourcing and maintaining suitable rental properties through the private rental market. If you like problem solving and providing a great service and you are interested in developing a career in the property market, this is a great opportunity.

**About the Role**
- Always keeping all written records up to date
- Processing invoices and costing forms.
- Work with internal departments to ensure the best outcome for the customer
- Undertake ad hoc projects and provide support and cover for colleagues and other administrator roles within Mears Housing Management
- Take personal responsibility for developing own skills, knowledge and understanding of services, processes, technology and community issues.
- Observe health and safety legislation, The Data Protection Act and Mears Ltd policies on Equal Opportunities and Confidentiality in the execution of duties (training will be provided).
- Review, file and act upon occupant feedback forms.
- Support the other members in the move out team, keeping all parties up to date with progress
- Managing inboxes

**Role Criteria**
- Proven customer service experience
- Great communication skills both externally and within the Team.
- Customer focused, problem solving skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
- An interest in the property sector/finance and in developing within the role and the Division.
