About the Role: The post holder will be expected to source and establish Providers to meet requests for care and placement packages within prescribed timeframes, budget, and quality. The role will coordinate all brokerage requests effectively to ensure all systems are updated accordingly. The post holder will provide support, advise and information to Managers, operational colleagues, providers, customers, and carers and seek innovative and imaginative care solutions for customers with a variety of needs. This is a growing Team experiencing increased volumes of workload, within the Business Team.

About You: You will be able to work in a fast paced office environment delivering a customer focused service and you will be able to collate and interpret information from a variety of sources and update systems and spreadsheets. You will be organised, be able to prioritise your workload as well as contributing to team working. You will have the ability to work under pressure.
