We are looking for a full-time mortgage administrator to join our growing Shrewsbury office.

**About us**

Private Finance is one of the leading independent mortgage brokerages in the UK, negotiating billions of pounds of mortgages per annum. The firm is a whole-of-market brokerage specialising in more complex scenarios and higher value lending, with strong relationships with private banks and specialist lenders to create bespoke solutions for clients.

**About the role**

As a Mortgage Administrator your duties will consist of but not be limited to:

- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- General administration to include screening inbound calls and post
- Using the company’s customer relationship management system (CRM) to maintain accurate record keeping
- The role also provides potential for progression into the broker academy

**Experience and qualifications**
- Although some administrative experience would be preferred, full training will be given
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Motivated and enthusiastic individual
