Multi Trades Recruitment are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Planner to join our team in Reading.

As an Administrative Planner, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and ensuring the smooth execution of various operational tasks. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess exceptional organisational skills, we would love to hear from you.

- £12.98 p/h
- Permanent role

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and coordinate Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) activities with customers and sites to achieve a minimum of 95% completion rate each month.
- Ensure all necessary risk assessments and public liability insurance documents are up to date and received from relevant parties.
- Collaborate with sub-contractors to obtain cost estimates and generate purchase orders to cover incurred expenses.
- Upload required statutory and client-specific documentation onto customer portals.
- Maintain the Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system (Planon) up to date and provide requested Management Information (MI) as needed.
- Follow up and obtain supporting information such as subcontractor and engineer reports, supplier invoices, and more; organize and file these documents appropriately.
- Act as the primary point of contact for subcontractors regarding scheduling inquiries.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through efficient communication both in-person and over the telephone, addressing inquiries from clients, line management, and subcontractors.

**Requirements**:

- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using IT packages, particularly Microsoft Office systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in administrative or planning roles is advantageous.
- Familiarity with facilities management and customer service practices is a plus.
