We have a great opportunity for an experienced administrator around the Calne area. This is a brilliant chance to join and compliment a friendly team, requiring you to help various departments with any administration tasks and more when needed.

You will be working and liaising with the Sales, Finance and Production Teams to help ensure everything runs smoothly and the customers expectations are met. To excel in this role, you will need to have good communicational skills, interacting with otheremployees and customers alike, assisting them with any administration work when needed.

Having experience in Microsoft Office is desired, including excel and word. On top of this, you will need to have a good phone etiquette as you will be at the forefront of the company, answering calls and passing information onto the relevant teams in thecompany.

Other responsibilities can include.
- Providing a high standard of customer service
- Liaising with the relevant teams to ensure information and orders are correct.

Our client is offering in the region of £23,000 depending on experience as well other bonus schemes.
