Achievement Support Assistant

Principal Resourcing have a fantastic opportunity for an engaging and friendly **Achievement Support Assistant **to provide general cover across our partnership Secondary Schools based in **Lincolnshire.**
The **flexible** role will provide support for pupils across KS3/KS4 on a 1:1 and small group basis to progress learning and meet the needs of the school. You will have a calm, friendly and patient manner when supporting students during lessons and outside the classroom.
Previous experience supporting children with SEN and behavioural needs is desirable, though not essential. You can expect to earn **up to £100 per day** for this role depending on experience.
**Skills and attributes**:
- Experience supporting children at KS3/KS4
- Cache Level 3 or equivalent experience in a similar setting is desirable
- Previous SEN experience is advantageous
- Empathy, patience and the drive to make a difference
- An observant and responsive approach
- A positive, energetic and enthusiastic attitude to motivate pupils
