We have an exciting opportunity for a PPC and AdWords Specialist to join our team as a freelancer working 3 to 5 days a week in our beautiful modern barn conversion, with plenty of parking.

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced PPC and AdWords Specialist to join our team as a Freelancer. As a PPC and AdWords Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimising pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns across various platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of Google Ads, market trends, and effective advertising strategies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement PPC strategies to drive traffic and conversions
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to optimise campaign performance
- Create and manage PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, DoubleClick, and social media channels
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and provide actionable insights for improvement
- Manage budgets and allocate funds effectively across campaigns
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align PPC strategies with overall marketing goals
- Utilize tools such as Google Tag Manager to track campaign performance and implement tracking codes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in PPC advertising
- Perform ongoing SEO optimisation to improve organic search rankings
- Assist with media buying activities as needed
- Conduct A/B testing to optimise ad copy, landing pages, and other campaign elements
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance to stakeholders

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns across various platforms
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and other PPC advertising platforms
- Familiarity with social media management and advertising
- Experience with Google Tag Manager for tracking campaign performance
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for optimizing organic search rankings
- Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
