Business Support Administrator

**Overall Job Purpose**
The post holder will support the Marketing and Facilities Manager and The Food WorksSW team in all areas of administration, business support and facilities management in the day-to-day operations of the site.
**Role Requirements**
The role requires an individual to act as the day to day contact for all clients and enquiries whilst providing the team with all aspects of administrative support for the site. In addition, the role will be required to conduct daily and routine maintenance and safety checks across the site, welcome visitors, and manage facility hire bookings whilst providing a daily on-site front of house presence, supporting the Café and business lounge as required.
**Principle Duties / Responsibilities**:
To provide ‘front of house’ and reception duties, coordinate meeting room and development kitchen bookings and setup, engage with client groups. Provide a high standard of administration and support with project delivery as well as being the first point of call for Business Unit tenants regarding site issues and concerns to ensure that The Food Works SW is viewed as a centre of excellence for the industry.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £21,500.00-£23,500.00 per year
