**Role Overview**
We are looking for an inspiring Brand Trainer to join us at Burger King In this role, you will be a motivational brand ambassador who is responsible for promoting our brand image & culture through targeted training activities and using your initiative to create new and innovative ways to help develop our people.
As a Burger King Brand Trainer, you will deliver in-depth training covering brand standards, operating systems and procedures and you will have a unique opportunity to design, develop and implement your own training materials & methods to help our teams rule.
At BK no day is the same This is a field-based role covering our Restaurants across England & Wales, you will be travelling to different stores, meeting different teams, overseeing inductions and training support.
This is the perfect opportunity for an adaptable people’s person who has a strong passion for helping others through training, mentoring and succession planning.
**Main Responsibilities / Duties**
- Be a Burger King brand advocate and implement new ideas and training methods to help us grow
- Motivate and inspire our teams to help them unlock their potential and provide opportunities for them to up-skill themselves
- Deliver informative and effective training and mentoring sessions which are adaptable dependent on the learner
- Assess the training needs of individuals and implement training & development methods which you will see through to completion
- Create and implement new learning content, training plans, succession plans and materials to help us innovate and excel
- Conduct new employee induction training and ensure Brand Standards are communicated and understood effectively
- Update and maintain detailed training records for all restaurants and maintain training completion data
- Assist in the development of training processes and operational material
- Support our Field Operations Team in creating a talent pipeline and building strong well educated teams
- Energetic, motivated and determined with a strong passion for learning, training & development
- Ability to adapt your training style to different audiences using online, face to face and innovative training methods
- Able to commit to a field based role with regular travelling and overnight stays
- Full UK Drivers License
