**Health & Safety Administrator - Immediate Start - Mallusk**
- Choose hours to suit you, both Part time & Full time positions on offer
- Part time will be minimum 20hrs per week OR Full Time will be 37.5hrs per week
- Salary: £20,500 to £21,450 per annum (dependant on experience)
- Central Park, Mallusk

**Duties**:

- Provide administrative support on day-to-day basis to support the long
- term effectiveness of the Health and Safety department across the group
- Assist with administrative tasks
- Maintain company H&S management system to ensure compliance
- Preparation of documents for team meetings, taking accurate minutes
- Produce Monthly H&S KPI statistics
- Monitoring PPE compliance through H&S software system
- Supporting the development, implementation and maintenance of the company ISO systems.

**Criteria**:

- At least one years’ previous administration experience, to include experience working with external companies, for example, training providers and contractors
- Must be competent in use of IT software systems, Microsoft office suite, in particular, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Enjoy working with people and display good interpersonal skills
- Good standard of verbal and written communication skills
- Recognise the importance of confidentiality
- Excellent organisational skills
