Just Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a well-regarded, business based in Witham, looking to add a Support Administrator to their team.
Duties include:
Acting as the trusted point of contact for the Managing Director, Chairman and other Directors for all external parties and internal staff, and dealing appropriately with correspondence, calls and visitors, representing the Managing Director as and when required.
Professional diary management including the arranging meetings, travel arrangements and hotel requirements whilst maintaining awareness of key deadlines on behalf of the Directors & Chairman.
Co-ordination and support of board, leadership and management meetings, including sending invites, collating agendas, minute taking and recording and tracking of actions.
Organising Company events and meetings, including room/hotel bookings and managing attendance.
Provide administrative support to the board of directors and management team as appropriate.
Provide administrative and organisational support with aspects of office, facilities and HR Management including the Management of Appraisals to help ensure the business is being run properly and complying with legislation and regulations.
Monday - Friday
9am - 2pm - School hours can be offered
