The HR Advisory team are embarking on our integration to deliver services for our colleagues across Somerset and this role provides an exciting opportunity to be part of this transformational work.

As part of People Services you will be crucial to our ongoing work to develop an inclusive environment where principles of a restorative, just and learning culture are central to how we manage our HR/people processes. As an ambassador for People services you will champion a people before process approach and your excellent communication, coaching and collaboration skills will equip you to guide managers to compassionate decisions and outcomes.

You'll need to be CIPD L5 qualified or working towards this, with proven experience of working in a similar role, NHS experience is not essential. What is really important is that you are someone who naturally adopts a coaching style to navigate through a range of people matters, encouraging ownership and supporting learning, reflection and change in those that you work alongside.
