Job description

As a Specialist Trainer for Human Resources, you will be instrumental in the development of HR Support Level 3 and People Professional level 5 apprenticeships, developing apprentices through various activities such as:

- Monthly learning and development meetings
- Eight weekly reviews with employers and apprentices
- Ensuring learners are making timely progress
- Using E Learning platforms
- Supporting/co-ordinating maths and English development
- Maintaining your industry competence

You will be responsible for training and supporting Apprentices, who play crucial roles in various sectors such as the NHS, Police, Private sector, education and other so each day can be varied with localised travel needed.

**The role is target driven and includes collaborating with classroom teachers to induct new apprentices to their Apprenticeship program. Conducting regular workplace meetings with apprentices and their employers to coach and mentor them in their roles and assisting apprentices in building portfolios to facilitate progress towards their end point assessment and successful completion of their apprenticeships.**

Qualifications or experience:

- Experience in HR roles.
- CIPD or similar at level 5 (or 3 and working towards level 5 may be considered)
- Strong communication and coaching skills.
- Willingness to adapt and learn the apprenticeship delivery requirements.

Experienced assessors in these fields, looking for a change are also encouraged to apply. Training for apprenticeship delivery requirements will be provided if needed.
