- **The Role**_

Due to expansion we are currently looking to employ a new Senior Care Co-ordinator to add to our team. As a Senior Care Co-ordinator for Unit Care Solutions, you will be responsible for the day to day management of care staff allocations and the continuity of care, managing Care Co-Ordinators and rostering system that we use.

You will work closely with other personnel within the company to ensure that the right staff resources are allocated effectively within the schedules, in order to meet the planned needs of our service users. You will be responsible for the data integrity of the schedules within the rostering/ monitoring systems.

You must have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels taking into account the variety of complex, contentious and sensitive situations that occur both internally and externally our provider.

Due to the nature of the post it is essential that you are familiar with, and are competent in computer IT systems such as Microsoft Word & Excel.

Your key duties will include:

- Shift management
- Working closely with management team
- Ensuring all systems are kept up to date with relevant service user information
- Other admin related task
- On call duty, rota basis

**Requirements**:
Skills required for this position include:

- Experience in domiciliary care roles
- Experience in fast paced office environment
- SVQ Level 3 qualification
- Driving License
- IT literate
- Good verbal and written communication skills

We have full time and part time positions available with a variety of shifts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: £10.82-£13.32 per hour
