No previous experience is required - just the right values and passion to do good. As a Duty Co-ordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our service users and will provide first-line response to their needs. You will work closely with our branch manager to ensure the smooth running of our homecare and supported living services..

- **Hours**:40-44 hours per week (Including On Call) Alternate Weekends included
- **Mileage paid at 40p Per mile**:

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the branch manager in the day-to-day running of the service
- Be the first point of contact for service users and provide first-line response to their needs
- Be a part of our on-call service as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of the service, which will include delivering care to our service users.
- Be able to manage the rota system to cover staff sickness etc.. on a day to day basis
- Respond to urgent situations and provide advice and support as needed
- Communicate effectively with the staff team and service users
- Must have a driving licence

**Key Objectives**:

- To provide high-quality care and support to our service users, promoting their independence and well-being
- To ensure all care is delivered in a safe and effective manner, complying with all relevant regulations and standards
- To ensure all administrative tasks, such as rotas and records, are completed accurately and on time
- To liaise with external stakeholders, such as health professionals and family members, to ensure the best possible outcomes for our service users

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,424.00-£33,743.00 per year
