We are looking for a production operative for a busy company based near Clevedon. This role will be working for their composites division which provides solutions across Aerospace, Medical markets, amongst others.

The role will be to prepare and assemble a variety of composite structures such as seating, information stands and scanners as well as many other products. You will be working on products from start to finish so ability to work under pressure to deadlines is essential.

You will be working 08:00-17:00 Monday to Thursday with a 08:00 - 13:00 on Fridays Salary will be up to £29,000 depending on experience.

Duties include:

- Cutting and laying up materials
- Operating ovens and other curing machinery
- Assembling using hand tools and adhesives
- Finishing of components

Experience needed:

- Experience working within a manufacturing environment such as woodworking or engineering
- Ideally some experience working laminating or composites
- Good dexterity and attention to detail
- Some experience working with hand tools
