**Salary**: £13.28 per hour, PLUS holiday pay accrued at a rate of 12.07%

**Shift Pattern**:1 pm - 5pm | Monday to Friday

We're offering an exciting opportunity to **work with one of our top industrial clients** as an **Onsite Coordinator. **In this role, you'll be the main point of contact, assisting Flexers with queries and collaborating with the Front-Line Manager to manage shifts effectively.

**Duties include**:

- Overseeing PPE inventory and ensuring its correct use.
- Facilitating online learning, and promoting food safety practices.
- Conduct site tours for new hires.
- Run the Employee of the Month initiative.
- Conduct return-to-work interviews.

**Requirements**:

- This position is **part-time and a temporary long-term assignment**:

- You **must **be able to** **commit to the shift pattern mentioned above.
- You **must** live within the Wellingborough area and be able to easily commute to the site.
- You must have at least **6 months of previous experience relevant to this role** - in a Onsite Coordinator or Administrative role.
- Highly proficient in computer literacy.
