34661My client is a global payments company, that offers regulated end-to-end payments solutions and is one of the fastest-growing privately owned businesses in the UK.

As the Head of Sales your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth achieve sales targets. You will play a crucial role in developing and executing the sales strategy, managing a team of sales professionals, and establishing strong relationships with key clients and partners.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the sales team, maximising its potential and ensuring hitting sales targets.
- Design and implement a multi-channel sales strategy, across direct, indirect, partnerships and social media.
- Manage the sales headcount in accordance with the company strategy and expand the existing sales headcount

**Essential Requirements**
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and fully accountable for delivering on time
- Extensive managerial experience in the Payments industry, in high-risk verticals (e.g., Crypto
- You should have exceptional closing and deal-making experience at C level
